Warranty, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Warranty
All our lamps come with a 1 Year Warranty. You can contact us if you face any issues. Our team would inspect and get back to you as soon as possible.
Return
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging and a valid reason for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at divinetrends1111@gmail.com or call at +91 9855764054. If your return is accepted, our team would handle the rest of the work and pick the item up from your location.
Returns would not be accepted in these cases:
- In case of change of mind.
- In case where product does not fit the space according to the size. It is always good to check the size first and then order.
- In case of disliking of the product in any manner.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue immediately and make it right. We would be needing images for the same to evaluate the return. Our top priority is always customer happiness and the high-quality products that we make.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the item ordered and your location. You can file for an exchange request by sending an email at divinetrends1111@gmail.com and it is solely based on our discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and upon approval, the amount will be refunded back to the original payment source within 24hrs.
Cancellation Policy
After placing an order you can notify us to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at divinetrends1111@gmail.com or call at +91 9855764054.
Usually all the orders are shipped after 12 hrs and hence cancelling the order after that would not be possible.
